What We Do

The XFS is a music organization created through its founders' faith in the excitement of originality in folk music.

The XFS is dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of folk music, with a determined emphasis on that which is original, daring and extreme. 

The XFS defines extreme as exceeding the ordinary, usual, or expected.

The XFS is dedicated to giving a voice to original folk musicians especially those based in the Greater Delaware Valley.

The XFS is dedicated to presenting original folk music from around the world to audiences in the Greater Delaware Valley.
